YES it is here! Today Microsoft announced they have officially released the Kinect for Windows SDK and Hardware and yes it is commercial friendly. I was very pleased to find that when I came home this evening my Playstation 3 Eye had arrived! This camera will be the core of the camera vision in my multi-touch table.
